The building consists of a mix of studio, 1-bed, and 2-bed market-rate units. Designed to comply with the several Planning and Design Review guidelines in the area, the building is inspired by the American Foursquare residential style that is prevalent in the Pico-Union district. Several roof decks are dispersed across the project which also included highly social spaces including two main dining rooms, grand lounge, a bar and grill, as well as games rooms, exercise facilities and an array of health and beauty services.
